What these terms cover
These documents apply to all products, services, websites and content of Slingshot LLC (“Slingshot”, “we”, “us”), including:
- Services: Advisory, Slingshot Labs (managed services), Co-Innovate, Saudi Services (including DGA-index readiness work), Banking and Startups programs, and any consulting, design, engineering, research, training or delivery work.
- Products and platforms: Nexus, Slingshot Menu, Hackathon, Event, Aware, Awake, Taqassi, ElevateX and Slingshot Academy.
- Websites: eslingshot.com and every subdomain of it (for example nexus.eslingshot.com, menu.eslingshot.com, hackathon.eslingshot.com, event.eslingshot.com, aware.eslingshot.com, awake.eslingshot.com, labs.eslingshot.com), taqassi.com, and any other website, landing page, app, social channel or content published by or for Slingshot.
- Any product, service, program, event or brand that Slingshot launches in the future.
A product page, landing page, order form or proposal may add product-specific terms. Those terms sit on top of these documents and do not replace them. If they conflict, the document signed by both parties wins, then the product-specific terms, then these documents.
Who we are
Slingshot is a services and product house. Slingshot LLC is an independent limited liability company with its own separate legal personality. It operates in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- We represent only ourselves. Slingshot does not represent, act for, or speak on behalf of any government, ministry, authority, regulator or public body, including the Digital Government Authority (DGA), or any other company or person.
- The company is the only contracting party. Every contract, order, invoice, commitment and obligation relating to any Slingshot product or service is made by and with Slingshot LLC only, never with its owners, investors, directors, employees or contractors in their personal capacity.
- Only official company communications bind Slingshot. See who can speak for Slingshot.
Acceptance
By accessing, browsing or using any Slingshot website, product, service or content, you confirm that you have read these documents and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must stop using them.
When you buy, subscribe, register or sign an order or proposal, you also accept these documents expressly at that point.
