These terms apply to Slingshot LLC and to every Slingshot product, service and website. Slingshot is an independent services and product house that represents only itself, not any government entity or third party.
1. You must not
- break any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- upload malware, or probe, scan, attack or disrupt our systems, or bypass security or usage limits;
- reverse engineer, copy, scrape, resell, sublicense or build a competing product from our products or content;
- remove or hide Slingshot branding, notices or attributions;
- send spam or unsolicited communications through our products;
- misrepresent your identity, or falsely claim to represent Slingshot or to be endorsed by it;
- present Slingshot as a government entity or as representing any authority; or
- use our products in a way that harms Slingshot, its clients or third parties.
2. Enforcement
We may investigate any suspected breach and may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report activity to authorities, at our discretion and without refund.
