You may not use them without our prior written permission, or in any way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners.
4. Client names, logos and references
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, by engaging Slingshot or using any of our products or services you grant Slingshot LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your name, logo and trademarks to identify you as a client, in any Slingshot product, website, proposal, presentation, social channel or marketing material.
You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing hit@eslingshot.com. We will stop new uses within a reasonable time. Materials already printed, distributed or published before your request do not need to be recalled.
5. Case studies
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, you agree that Slingshot may prepare and publish case studies, testimonials and success stories about the work we do for you, and may describe the project, the approach, the deliverables and the results, in the form and format we choose.
In case studies we will not disclose your confidential information or identifiable personal data without your consent. We may use aggregated or de-identified data and metrics. You can ask us to review or withdraw a case study by emailing hit@eslingshot.com.
6. Feedback and ideas
If you give us suggestions, ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you, and any improvements we make belong to Slingshot LLC.
7. Reporting infringement
If you believe that anything on a Slingshot website or product infringes your rights, email hit@eslingshot.com with the details. We will review it promptly and correct or remove the content where appropriate.
