These terms apply to Slingshot LLC and to every Slingshot product, service and website. Slingshot is an independent services and product house that represents only itself, not any government entity or third party.
1. An independent services and product house
Slingshot is a services and product house. Slingshot LLC is an independent limited liability company with its own legal personality, separate from its owners, investors and team.
Every product and service of Slingshot, whatever its brand, website or domain, belongs to and is provided by Slingshot LLC. All legal obligations relating to them are obligations of the company only. The identity of any owner creates no legal relationship or obligation between that owner and any client, user or third party.
2. No government or third-party representation
Slingshot represents only itself. We are not a government entity. We do not represent, act on behalf of, or speak for any government, ministry, authority, regulator or public body, or any company or person other than Slingshot LLC.
This includes the Digital Government Authority (DGA). Slingshot provides independent consulting and delivery services that help organizations prepare for, align with and comply with DGA standards, frameworks and indexes (such as Qiyas, Digital Experience Maturity and the National Unified Design System). We are not the DGA, we are not appointed or accredited by it unless we say so expressly in writing, and we have no say in its evaluations, scores, rankings or awards.
Names and logos of authorities, standards and indexes appear on our websites only to identify the frameworks our services relate to. They remain the property of their owners and do not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
3. Who can speak for Slingshot
Slingshot is bound only by statements and commitments issued by the company itself: written agreements, orders and proposals signed by Slingshot LLC, and official notices published on eslingshot.com or sent from the company’s official channels.
No owner, shareholder, investor, partner or other individual is authorized to speak for, represent or make commitments on behalf of Slingshot in a personal capacity, and nothing they say personally (including on social media, at events, or in their own name) binds the company or represents its position. This applies equally to the company’s owner in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who does not personally represent the company and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, bears no personal responsibility for its products, services or obligations. Claims relating to Slingshot must be brought against Slingshot LLC only, as set out in section 13 of the Terms.
4. AI-generated content
Content on Slingshot websites, landing pages and products, including text, images, translations and summaries, may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. It is provided for general information only. It may contain mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions, and it is not professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slingshot is not responsible for any error in such content or for any reliance on it. If you believe any content is inaccurate or infringes your rights or anyone else’s, email hit@eslingshot.com with the details. We will review it and correct or remove it where appropriate.
5. Aware and Awake use YouTube videos
The videos inside Aware and Awake are YouTube videos, hosted on and streamed from YouTube. They are subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and policies. Videos made by third parties belong to their owners, and Slingshot does not own, sell or license them. Videos produced by Slingshot remain the copyright of Slingshot LLC, but they too are played through YouTube and are not sold as separate content.
Slingshot sells only the governance of watching (assigning, tracking, measuring and reporting viewing) and the certification system built around the videos. If a video becomes unavailable, changes or is removed by YouTube or its owner, that is outside our control.
6. No guaranteed results
Case studies, figures, scores and examples on our websites describe past work or illustrations. They are not a promise of any result for you. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the decisions of third parties and authorities.
7. Third-party links
Our websites may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
